Inception Report on Water Safety Risk Assessment_WSP Development

The main objective of this assignment is to establish a comprehensive framework for implementing City-wide Water Safety Planning (WSP) in Dushanbe city. This framework aims to specifically assist the State Unitary Enterprise Dushanbe Vodokanal (SUE-DVK) in meeting their obligations more effectively under SDG 6, with the potential for replication and upscaling the framework in other cities. The primary focus of the WSP is to safeguard the health of consumers by preventing waterborne diseases and ensuring that the drinking water supplied is free from contaminants.
